Nice clean room and bathroom with a good shower. The lounge bar area and outdoor patio area are lovely to have a glass of wine in the evening.
Only stayed one night but found the breakfast in the morning a bit disappointing. The food was good quality but they seemed to be understaffed with one waitress looking after everyone and also the reception.

Strongly recommend for strolling
Pleasant staff, clean room, with great amenities like free parking and a lovely garden area for relaxation, located conveniently just a few minutes' walk to the town center.
Loved every thing.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful, kind and professional, I can't praise them enough! Also the location for us as we were in the area for a family funeral so this hotel was ideally located.

Gorgeous place, it was fairly clean and had exceptionally pleasant staff on there shift. They gave a superior double room with the bathroom as well as tea/coffee as we booked. Particularly good and perfect location close to town centre was a plus.

The stay was quite enjoyable, particularly because of the comfortable bed and the great breakfast selection. We loved the grilled hake for dinner, and the staff added to the welcoming atmosphere. The location is also perfect for exploring the charming town nearby, making it easy to find local attractions.

The hotel is an attractive building which I stayed in for one night before a business event the following day. My room was clean and well appointed with a good size en suite. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.
My room was rather small and with the folding door to the en suite open it was difficult to get around the bed into the room.

Even though I arrived quite late at th hotel, the staff were very welcoming and asked the chef to stay on to cook me evening meal! Room very comfortable and clean and an excellent choice for breakfast, would certainly recommend and go back.

- The decoration of the bar and the reception - The biscuits in the rooms - Bed was quite comfy
- Poor quality breakfast with 5% meat sausages - Unfriendly staff. One receptionist had issues with her computer and didn't apologise once whilst we were kept waiting - Tiny room - Terrible view from the room - Room decoration needed a bit of a spruce up (to get rid of the woodchip on the ceiling etc) - 70's style tea tray with filthy kettle - Hotel website was quite misleading (looks like a different hotel in real life)

Oh mate, the grilled hake was pure magic and the chateaubriand? Chef deserves a round of applause! Plus, the breakfast was great with local goodies, and the staff really added to the vibe. Such a lovely spot for a woodland wander and a nosy around Narberth!
Our room was a bit snug for two, not enough space for a wardrobe was a bummer. And that dodgy folding door for the ensuite. Let's just say it wasn't exactly built for privacy!

1. It is very close to the local crematorium, where we were to attend a family funeral. 2. It proved to be more comfortable than we had expected.
We were disappointed that the full dinner menu was not available in the first half of the week (and we had seen no reference to this on your website), but this was at least partially recompensed by the high quality of the bar menu.
